This gives your champions a clinically-researched, immediately usable technique that gives them a genuine ability to help a colleague in real time. Standard awareness training does not provide this. EFT is accredited by EFT International, the world's leading professional EFT organisation.
The social value model is a genuine dual investment. You pay for the service to be delivered to your team, and you pay for the same service to be delivered to a VCSE organisation of your choice. Both deliveries are full quality. In return, your organisation receives documented social value evidence for reporting purposes, including NT26-aligned TOMS documentation, measurable outcomes data and participant numbers.
Both options are available for every service. Virtual delivery works well for geographically dispersed or hybrid teams. In-person delivery is available across the North West and nationally by arrangement. A hybrid approach can also be discussed for the champion training programme.

Yes, and this is often the most compelling entry point. Existing champions are already motivated and care about the role. Adding EFT Level 1 skills transforms what they can actually do in practice. The programme can be adapted for champions who already have awareness foundations in place, concentrating more time on EFT techniques and practical application.

No. EFT is taught from the ground up as part of the champion programme. No prior therapeutic or medical experience is required. The technique is practical and accessible. Champions can use it independently after Level 1 training, including in a brief, private moment with a colleague during a working day.
Yes. One post-training supervision session is included as standard in the champion programme. This allows champions to bring real situations they have encountered and consolidate their skills. Further ongoing supervision can be arranged separately. Louisa also remains contactable for champions who have questions in the weeks following training.
